From Friday 6 to Monday 9 June, 70 people took part in the traditional ELA Germany weekend gathering in Duderstadt. Families returned home with precious memories and renewed courage and energy to face everyday life with the disease.
On 24 and 25 May, 16 families supported by ELA Belgium were able to escape from their daily lives for a magical weekend at Disneyland Paris. 57 people shared memorable moments, rich in emotion, laughter and wonder. These were moments suspended in time, where the constraints of everyday life gave way to the joy of being together, in a setting designed for dreaming.
The ELA France family gathering weekend took place from 22 to 25 August at Center Parcs Les Hauts de Bruyères in Sologne. 141 families, representing nearly 900 people, took part in activities designed for everyone: sound relaxation, treatments and massages, adapted sports, swimming pool, etc.
From 21 to 24 June, ELA Italy families gathered at the Simon Hotel in Pomezia. Around a hundred people enjoyed activities accessible to all and convivial moments of reunion. All the families appreciated these moments of sharing and relaxation.
From 8 to 10 August, ELA Switzerland organised its family weekend in Charmey (canton of Fribourg), which brought together 90 people. This eagerly awaited event offered sick children and their loved ones a rejuvenating break, with tailored activities, moments of respite and warm exchanges.
